Booking Conditions
All payments should be made in full at time of booking. Payments in Naira are accepted at the prevailing rate of exchange on the day of ticketing.

Cancellations
 There shall be no refund on cancellation of accommodation, if booked.

Liabilities
ATS Travel Nigeria Limited and her partners act only in the capacity of agents to all the service providers. Therefore, they are not liable for illness, delay and cancellation of flights, accidents, loss, injury or damage to persons and properties, however caused or arose during the tours. Baggage and personal effects are always the clients responsibility. However, ATS Travel Nigeria Limited will offer every customer travel insurance relating to the services on offer and paid for.
